Currently I am a Crossfit L2 Coach,Flexologist and USAW olympic weightlifting coach which I have been doing for over 7 years. I am also affiliated with the collegiate world of strength and conditioning as I have worked alongside the Strength and conditioning coaching staff at Princeton University. My knowledge of the human body is not only in the gym as I am trained in the emergency medical field as well. My background is also in anatomy/physiology and respiratory therapy. Currently I am serving as a Military Police CPL for the NJ Army National Guard. I have competed in ameature crossfit and olympic weightlifting events, spartan, tough mudder, triathlons and various tactical exercises.
Hobbies of mine include but are not limited to hiking/ backpacking through national parks, spending time with family and anything that gets me moving. Learning new skills related to combatives, Holistic healing of muscular systems and hands-on coaching methods to increase someone’s fitness level is also a passion of mine. I enjoy training Crossfit, weightlifting, triathlon and learning new skills that push me mentally and physically such as BJJ and Muay Thai. My sights are set on helping those around me hit their goals in and outside of the gym setting. Crossfit has helped me in my personal and professional life in uncountable ways. I have found that the community of crossfit brings is worth so much more than the fitness I have gained.
