CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.
Classes
At Crossfit Degenerates, the WOD (Workout Of Day) is performed in a small group class, typically less then 15 athletes per class. Classes typically consist of a Warm-up, skill work, WOD, and mobility. Workouts can last anywhere from a few minutes to 45 minutes depending on the WOD. Each athlete will be under close guidance of a Certified Trainer. If you are unfamiliar with training like this, you will find out quickly that technique is vital not only for your own safety, but it will maximize your power output through efficient movement. We will make sure that you are performing the movements correctly on a consistent basis before you add in the intensity.
